Responsibilities

Refresher training for helpdesk agents
Research to improve technical processes and procedures
Troubleshooting technical issues
Assistance to manager

Prerequisites

Knowledge of procedures
Coaching skills
IT certificates
Knowledge of hardware and software: MS DOS, Windows, Novell or Unix
2 years experience in IT
Analytical skills
Fluent English and one extra language
