Responsibilities
• Refresher training for helpdesk agents
• Research to improve technical processes and procedures
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Assistance to manager
Prerequisites
• Knowledge of procedures
• Coaching skills
• IT certificates
• Knowledge of hardware and software: MS DOS, Windows, Novell or Unix
• 2 years experience in IT
• Analytical skills
• Fluent English and one extra language
